1. Included deliverables

  • One tailored five-page website based on the approved preview direction. ARC adapts its reusable design system, templates, components, and automation to the client’s brief; the service is not represented as an entirely from-scratch software build.
  • Exactly five connected page roles and routes: Home, Services, About, Process, and Contact. Visible labels may adapt to the client’s industry, but the routes, roles, and page count remain fixed.
  • Home covers positioning, a service summary, differentiation, and the primary action. Services contains three to six grouped offerings without separate detail pages. About covers the business story and authorized brand or team details. Process contains the service process, decision guidance, FAQs, and only client-supplied verified proof. Contact contains verified public details and the one primary conversion path.
  • Responsive layouts for the current Chromium-based desktop, tablet, and mobile configurations ARC tests automatically. Broader browser or device acceptance is not promised unless separately verified for the project.
  • One primary conversion path: either a lead form routed to one verified email address or one external call, booking, ordering, or reservation destination.
  • Basic accessibility treatment, including semantic structure, keyboard-visible focus, labels, alt text, readable contrast, and touch-sized controls. This is not an accessibility certification.
  • A unique title and meta description for every page, shared site navigation, social-sharing metadata, unlisted preview controls, and production indexing configuration.
  • Performance-minded image sizing and front-end implementation.
  • One ARC-controlled claimable Netlify deployment, a private claim invitation, verification of the claimed destination account and exact final deploy, and the five-page production bundle available for deployment to a fresh client-created project when technical separation is requested.

2. Content and proof

ARC may draft and organize website copy from the client’s brief. The client must verify every factual claim before production delivery. Reviews, licenses, certifications, awards, years in business, guarantees, prices, case studies, and measurable results are published only when the client provides exact, authorized source material.

When client photography is unavailable, ARC may use licensed stock imagery as visual direction. Stock imagery is not represented as the client’s completed work, team, location, or customer.

3. Preview and approval

The client can review all five pages in the free, unlisted preview before purchasing. Payment confirms approval of the exact five-page artifact manifest for production handoff. After payment, ARC will correct launch configuration issues and any material difference from that approved manifest, but a sixth page, page-role substitution, new function, new brand direction, or materially different conversion strategy is additional scope and requires a written quote.

4. Price and timing

The website costs $5,000 USD once. Stripe displays the full $5,000 price before the purchaser accepts and pays.

The ownership handoff starts automatically after successful payment verification. The client must complete the claim in the intended business-owned Netlify account. Wrong-account selection, an exposed invitation, third-party outages, new scope, or incomplete access may delay completion.

5. Ownership, licensing, and project control

After full payment and production handoff, the client owns the custom website copy and project-specific front-end output ARC created for the project, excluding third-party materials and ARC’s pre-existing systems.

ARC retains its pre-existing templates, components, automation, internal tools, methods, and know-how. Third-party fonts, libraries, platforms, and stock assets remain subject to their own licenses and are not exclusive to the client.

Netlify’s creator application may retain limited deploy access to the claimed project. ARC uses that capability only for handoff and in-scope 30-day support, and not afterward without written authorization. The client may instruct ARC to stop further deployments at any time. For technical separation, the client may request the production bundle for deployment to a fresh client-created project or another host.

6. Launch support

ARC includes 30 calendar days of support for reproducible launch-related bugs in the delivered five-page scope. During that period, ARC may use its limited creator-application deploy capability only to correct those in-scope bugs. Support does not include new pages or sections, new integrations, ongoing content changes, hosting administration, SEO campaigns, advertising, or issues caused by third-party changes or client edits.

7. Excluded unless added in writing

  • Netlify account, plan, ongoing hosting, domain registration or transfer, email service, and paid third-party software or usage fees.
  • Original photography, video, logo design, or a full brand identity. The standard upload pipeline accepts one logo and two customer photos; additional asset handling requires a written scope.
  • Ecommerce, subscriptions, memberships, user accounts, databases, dashboards, custom applications, native ordering, or MLS feeds.
  • More than five pages, page-role substitutions, service-detail subpages, more than one lead-routing destination, multilingual content, or complex integrations.
  • Ongoing maintenance, content publishing, analytics reporting, SEO campaigns, paid advertising, or conversion optimization retainers.
  • Legal advice, accessibility certification, privacy compliance audits, or client-specific legal documents. A client requiring a website privacy-policy page must supply an approved external policy or purchase an additional page in writing.

Any addition must be described and priced in writing before work begins.
